Our privacy policy applies only to those individual investors who have a direct customer relationship with us. If you are an individual shareholder of record of Kensington Strategic Realty Fund, Kensington Select Income Fund, Kensington Real Estate Securities Fund, or of one of our private investment companies ("Funds"), we consider you to be a customer of that Fund and our privacy policies apply to you. If you own Fund shares or receive investment services through a relationship with a third party broker, bank, investment adviser or other financial service provider, and that third party is the owner of record on either of the Fund's books, that third party's privacy policies may apply to you and Kensington's may not.
