John P. Kramer | President & Co-Chief Investment Officer, Founding Partner
John P. Kramer is involved in all aspects of the organization including research, portfolio oversight and product development. Working closely with co-Chief Investment Officer, Paul Gray, Mr. Kramer directs the firm's research and investment management strategy and process.
Mr. Kramer was previously Executive Vice President at Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation where he was responsible for directing the research, marketing and trading activities of the firm. Prior to joining Liquidity Fund in 1985, Mr. Kramer was an associate with former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan's economic consulting firm, Townsend-Greenspan & Co. in New York City.
He graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York, Oneonta in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Mr. Kramer received his Masters Degree with honors in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986, where he received special recognition for his work in real estate finance.
Paul Gray | Co-Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager, Founding Partner
Paul Gray is responsible for securities investment decisions on behalf of Kensington's real estate portfolios. Together with co-Chief Investment Officer, John Kramer, Mr. Gray directs the firm's research and investment management strategy and process.
Mr. Gray has been involved in the portfolio management of real estate securities since 1988. Prior to Kensington's founding, Mr. Gray was Director of Research for the National Real Estate Index at Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation where he was instrumental in designing the methodology and systems used to track commercial real estate values throughout the United States.
Mr. Gray received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate in 1988 from the University of California, Berkeley.

Craig M. Kirkpatrick | Managing Director of Capital Markets, Founding Partner
Craig M. Kirkpatrick is a founding partner of the firm. He is involved in daily corporate business affairs and is responsible for the distribution of the firm's investment products, overseeing marketing, business development and client services.
From 1985 through 1993, Mr. Kirkpatrick was employed at Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation. As Vice President of Capital Markets, he was responsible for the research and trading of illiquid real estate securities. Mr. Kirkpatrick began his career in the finance department at Crocker Bank, acting as a liaison between the Finance and World Banking Divisions.
Mr. Kirkpatrick received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Business School at the University of California, Berkeley in 1984.
Cynthia M. Yee, CPA | Executive Vice President of Operations, CFO & CCO
Cynthia M. Yee, CPA, is responsible for the financial, operational and regulatory compliance functions of Kensington Investment Group, Inc. She became a partner in the firm in 1999.
Prior to joining Kensington, Ms. Yee was employed as Controller for the real estate investment management firm, MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, Inc. She began her professional career at Arthur Andersen, LLP, specializing in real estate audit and tax issues.
Ms. Yee received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of San Francisco in 1987 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990.
Joel S. Beam | Executive Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Joel S. Beam is responsible for securities investment decisions on behalf of Kensington's income-oriented portfolios. He joined Kensington in 1995 as a Senior Analyst and began managing portfolios in 1997. Mr. Beam became a partner in the firm in 2003. As a member of Kensington's Investment Strategy Group, Mr. Beam helps direct investment policy for the firm.
Mr. Beam began his career at Liquidity Financial Advisors, Inc. in 1994, where he was responsible for the valuation and pricing of limited partnership and institutional commingled investment fund securities.
Mr. Beam received his Bachelor of Arts with honors in 1994 from the University of California, Berkeley.

Aaron Visse, CFA | Portfolio Manager
Aaron Visse, CFA, is responsible for securities investment decisions on behalf of Kensington's infrastructure portfolios. He joined Kensington in 2002 as an Analyst and began managing portfolios in 2007. As a member of Kensington's Investment Strategy Group, Mr. Visse helps direct investment policy for the firm.
Prior to joining Kensington, Mr. Visse was previously a Senior Research Analyst at Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL) Financial Services, where he followed REITs and financial service companies.
Mr. Visse received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1994 and a Master of Science, Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1999. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.
Michael McGowan | Portfolio Manager
Michael McGowan is responsible for securities investment decisions on behalf of Kensington's real estate portfolios. He joined Kensington in 2005 as a Senior Analyst and began managing portfolios in 2007. As a member of Kensington's Investment Strategy Group, Mr. McGowan helps direct investment policy for the firm.
Mr. McGowan was previously Director of Economic and Market Research at RREEF, where he oversaw U.S industrial and office property market research and participated in Investment Committee acquisition decisions, including the portfolio purchases of Cabot Industrial Trust and Pacific Gulf Properties. He was also the creator and editor of RREEF's U.S. Industrial Market Book. Prior to joining RREEF in 1995, Mr. McGowan was Vice President and co-founder of The Valuations Group where he performed valuations on hundreds of real estate limited partnerships. Mr. McGowan began his career at Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation and MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, Inc. At both firms, he was involved in the syndication of real properties and the analysis and the reorganization of real estate securities.
Mr. McGowan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987.

Ian Goltra | Senior Vice President & Senior Analyst
Ian R. Goltra is responsible for research and evaluation of prospective real estate securities investments in Canada and Australia, as well as the U.S. specialty finance sector.
Mr. Goltra was previously employed as the Western Americas Vice President at Textainer Equipment Management and Senior Financial Analyst at Meridian Point Properties, the predecessor company to Meridian Industrial Trust. At Meridian, Mr. Goltra analyzed portfolio and property level cash flows as part of the asset management process and was directly involved in the successful recapitalization efforts of the company. Prior to joining Meridian, he was an analyst at Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation, where he analyzed prospective investments and performed property valuations.
Mr. Goltra received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Francisco State University in 1989.
David McGanney | Trader
David McGanney is responsible for directing the firm's securities trading and order management process.
Mr. McGanney was previously a founding partner of Golden State Financial Services, a mortgage brokerage company. Prior to founding Golden State Financial Services, he was employed as Vice President of Trading at Liquidity Fund Corporation from 1985-1992, where he was responsible for the research and trading of illiquid securities.
Mr. McGanney received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Chico in 1985.

Chantel Garrett | Director of Marketing
Chantel Garrett is responsible for marketing, corporate communication and product development. Ms. Garrett joined Kensington in 2003 as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for business development in the Western United States.
Prior to joining Kensington, Ms. Garrett was employed at ATEL Capital Corporation, an investment management firm specializing in equipment leasing and commercial real estate. As Senior Regional Marketing Director, she was responsible for marketing investment products to the broker/dealer community.

Brian Pawlowicz | Eastern Regional Manager & V.P. of Capital Markets, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions
Brian Pawlowicz is responsible for business development and promotion of Kensington's investment products and oversees marketing and wholesaling efforts in the Eastern regions.

Louise Model | Vice President of Capital Markets, Northwest Region
Louise Model is responsible for the marketing and wholesaling of Kensington's investment products.
Ms. Model has worked in the financial services industry since 1985. Prior to joining Kensington, she was Regional Vice President at ATEL Capital Corporation, an investment management firm specializing in equipment leasing. Ms. Model was previously the Director of Investor Relations for Kushner and Company, a real estate investment banking firm, where she was responsible for corporate communications and marketing. She began her career as an Account Executive at Dean Witter.
Ms. Model received her Bachelor of Arts in Business at the College of Miami-Dade in 1985.
Adam Gallegos | Vice President of Capital Markets, Southwest Region
Adam Gallegos is responsible for marketing and wholesaling of Kensington's investment products.
Prior to joining Kensington, Mr. Gallegos was the Director of Business Development at Getrelevant.com, an internet marketing firm. Mr. Gallegos began his career in financial services at Barclays Global Investors. He brings 15 years of financial services experience including Analyst training with J.P. Morgan Chase, and has been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors in the golf industry.

Ray McKeating | Vice President of Capital Markets, Southeast Region
Ray McKeating is responsible for the marketing and wholesaling of Kensington's investment products.
Prior to joining Kensington, Mr. McKeating was employed at Wells Fargo Funds as a regional specialist and at OffRoad Capital, a venture capital firm credited with the creation of the first secondary market for private placements. He began his career as a broker and brings 10 years of financial services experience.
Sarah Whipps | Vice President of Capital Markets, Northeast Region
Sarah Whipps is responsible for the marketing and wholesaling of Kensington's investment products.
Ms. Whipps began her career in the financial services industry at Federated Investors where she served as the Director of Distribution Marketing and, most recently, as a marketing representative serving bank broker/dealer clients. Prior to joining Federated, Ms. Whipps was a Marketing Manager at Intertek Testing Services, a product testing and certification company, where she was responsible for corporate marketing.

Kandace Kaylor | Assistant Vice President, National Key Accounts
Kandace Kaylor is responsible for marketing and client service activities relating to Kensington's broker/dealer, third-party asset manager and institutional client relationships. Ms. Kaylor was previously responsible for business development in the Midwestern United States and worked as the client service liaison to Kensington's transfer agent.
Prior to joining Kensington, Ms. Kaylor was an Investment Banking Associate at Kirlin Securities, Inc., a financial firm specializing in small capitalization IPOs and secondary offerings.
